Trillium homes are designed and built using all natural, non-toxic materials. They are also remarkably comfortable - with amazing temperature control, noise reduction, and clean air. We use ERVs - Energy Recover Ventilators - which constantly remove stale air and bring fresh air into your home, creating a healthy, allergy-free environment where you and your family feel good all year long.
